The annual assessment paid by KPOA Members provides for a number of amenities that contribute to the quality of life in Kala Point. These amenities are available to members, residents, and guests under rules set forth in KPOA policies.
Kala Point Beach – 1.7 miles of sandy beach, boat ramp, boat dock, gazebo, playground, small-boat storage, wildlife preserve, benches & walking paths (view details).
The Clubhouse features a large meeting room, a smaller fireplace room, and an exercise room (view details).
An indoor-outdoor pool and wading pool is open to members, residents, and guests from April to September. A Jacuzzi and dry sauna is open year-round (view details).
There is a total of five tennis courts in Kala Point located in two different areas (view details).
There are 3 Pickleball Courts in Kala Point (view details).
There are two RV Storage Lots sometimes used by Members to store boats, trailers, and other large items that can’t be stored on residential lots (details coming soon).
There are 7 miles of trails throughout the full length of Kala Point (view details).
