Mindfulness & Sound Bath: A 90-Minute Reset for Mind, Body, and Spirit

Join us for a rejuvenating 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, center yourself, and reconnect. This immersive session begins with a practical overview of mindfulness—what it is, why it matters, and how it can support your well-being in everyday life. You’ll be guided through simple yet powerful practices to bring greater awareness and presence to your thoughts, emotions, and body.

Following the mindfulness introduction, settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, the sound bath will guide you into a meditative state where your nervous system can unwind, and your mind can rest.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a gentle and grounding way to release stress, gain clarity, and reset your energy.

What to Expect:

  • A welcoming introduction to the principles of mindfulness
  • Guided breathing and awareness exercises
  • A full 45-minute sound bath immersion
  • Time for reflection and optional sharing

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to help you feel comfortable lying down.
